Caution
I've visited 3 times in Larnaca, Paphos and Limassol. All very enjoyable. Some antisemitic/anti-Israel graffiti. In Limassol on the beach we were accosted by a shouty "Free Palestine!" Muslim who tried to intimidate us. A friendly Larnaca local warned against walking alone at night looking Jewish.

We spent a week in Cyprus, we didn't feel any hostility or raised eyebrows when we said we were from Israel. There is some anti-Israeli graffiti here, but there is no such feeling.
