In the past year, there have been no reported attacks on Jewish or Israeli travelers in Tirana, Albania. Protests against a luxury coastal development project linked to Jared Kushner did, however, include isolated displays of antisemitic imagery in June 2026; Albanian officials, including Prime Minister Edi Rama, and the Albanian Jewish Community condemned these acts and called for investigations. There is no evidence of a sustained trend of hostility toward Jews or Israelis in the city. The Israeli government currently maintains a 'safe to travel' advisory for Albania, and Jewish and Israeli travelers can visit Tirana with standard precautions....
