Safe
I've recently visited Hungary, and felt very safe. In the beginning we tried to hide our identity, but after a couple of hours we felt safe enough to say where we're from. The Hungarians seem to pretty much like us and they have tight security around synagogues and other Jewish monuments.

Come to Budapest in Hungary! It's safe, there aren't proโPalestine protests or radical muslims, and Budapest has Europe's biggest synagogue!

Yes, it is pretty safe I would say. The government banned the proโPalestine protests ... Yes, the govt is on Israelโs side, banning proโpalestine rallies ...

Safe
One of the safest capitals in Europe nowadays, no major Muslim communities unlike in Western Europe. Gov is 100% on Israelโs side, protests banned, but anyway not many people would care to participate.

Everything's fine, my brother. I've lived here for years. There's no reason they'd ask where you're from just like that, unless you join some random group. A friend came from Israel and really enjoyed it here.
