On September 25, a Russian drone struck a residential building in central Kyiv, killing a 14-year-old Israeli boy and injuring his mother; reporting did not indicate that the family was targeted for being Israeli or Jewish. Russian missile and drone attacks have continued, with further deaths reported in Kyiv and the surrounding region on September 30. No credible reports of recent antisemitic assaults or anti-Israeli protests in Kyiv were found.
