I was there in January 2024 for a month - on more than one occasion I was advised not to wear my Star of David necklace out... But Toledo is very lovely and embraces its Jewish roots.

Jew in Barcelona here. It's not unsafe, it's just very infuriating... I don't openly say I'm Jewish as much anymore until I get to know people a little bit but honestly I never felt any kind of danger.

At the beginning we were scared to say we are from Israel so we started saying we are from Hungary... most of the people were really friendly and actually asked if we were okay.

You will experience antisemitism. You probably won’t be physically assaulted... the sociological topology is the same as the USA: left wing has 'we are antizionist not antisemitic'. The right wing has old-timey classic European antisemitism.
