It’s somewhat sad and depressing, but if you don't speak Hebrew openly, and don't wear kippot or anything that identifies as Jewish/Israeli, I figure you'll be OK.

I’m also Jewish and going without a second thought to London in a couple of days. I don’t know what has scared you but I can assure you both are perfectly safe, as you could note from the thousands of Jews living comfortably in them.
